The Residential Management and Sales Team for Alfa Builders is Shirley Rolling and Lee Waid, manager and supervisor, combined with sales professionals Norman Schlemmer, Ron Hudak, Terri Allison, Danny Fordham, Janice Nunnelee, and Ann Flowers. This team meets with the homeowners from beginning to end. Once a home is chosen by a homeowner with the expertise of a sales team, Shirley and Lee develop the material and labor estimates , contacts subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and finalizes the overall estimate of the home .
